At The Vice World Corp., we strive to ship your wholesale orders accurately and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, processing times, delivery expectations, and procedures for handling shipping-related issues.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to business addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (business shipping addresses required)
  • Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories
  • International destinations
  • Freight forwarders (on a case-by-case basis)

If you have a special shipping request outside these guidelines, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Shipping Methods

Continental US Flat-Rate Shipping

We offer a flat-rate shipping option for orders shipped to the continental United States. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders above a set minimum threshold, displayed at checkout.

Local Pickup (By Appointment)

Customers in the New York area can choose local pickup at no charge. Pickup is coordinated by appointment only — after placing your order, our team will reach out via email to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Factors that may affect processing time:

  • Order size and complexity (large bulk orders may require additional processing time)
  • Custom or special-request items
  • High-volume periods (promotions, seasonal demand)
  • Payment verification for new accounts

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

After your order ships, estimated delivery times for the continental United States typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, and regional issues.

5. Shipping Charges and Taxes

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order total and destination. Applicable sales tax will be added for non-exempt orders based on your shipping destination.

If you have submitted a valid resale certificate, tax-exempt status will apply to qualifying orders. See our Terms of Service for more details on taxes.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available). You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@theviceworld.com.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information. We are not liable for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Returned packages due to undeliverable addresses (reshipping fees may apply)

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

8. Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. This means:

  • Once the carrier picks up your order, the products are considered yours
  • We are not responsible for products lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery to the carrier
  • For damage or loss in transit, refer to Section 9 below

9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your package arrives visibly damaged or contents are broken, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and products before unpacking further
  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery
  • Retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve damaged shipment claims fairly, which may include replacement, credit, or refund.

Lost Shipments

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • Check with neighbors, reception, and common mail areas at your business address
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a trace
  • Notify us so we can assist with follow-up

We may require you to file a claim with the carrier for lost shipments. In cases of confirmed carrier loss, we will work with you on a resolution.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives missing items or contains incorrect products, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will verify the order and ship any missing items or correct the error at our expense.

10. Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered by our Refund and Returns Policy. In brief:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns
  • We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items
  • Returns require prior authorization (RMA) — please contact us first

11. Restocking and Special Orders

Large or unusual orders may be subject to special shipping arrangements, including:

  • Freight shipping for oversized or very high-volume orders
  • Split shipments if inventory is distributed across locations
  • Expedited shipping at an additional cost (contact us for quotes)

12. Shipping During Holidays and Peak Seasons

Processing and delivery times may be extended during U.S. federal holidays, peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season), and periods of extreme weather or carrier disruption. We will do our best to communicate delays proactively.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
